I don't understand why you asked for a critique. The picture to me is rather weak and I am having problem finding what this picture is about. Is it about the clouds? Then what do those metal structures do on it? In addition, if it is about sky and clouds, I still don't find the sky particularly interesting.
Is it about cityscape? I don't see any cityscape on it. Actually I don't see anything on the picture that would draw my interest. Is the highway ramp the main theme? Then why is it so hidden from view? And what did you find appealing on the ramp?
Is it about connection between the elements? If so, I don't see any connection between them.
I just don't understand this image.
