Ride The Blue Wave

Taken at the Everett Transit Station. Right before I got kicked out for being a security threat for taking pictures of parked trains. This is the Sound Transit Sounder. We have several of these trains in the area, running between Seattle, Everett, Tacoma, and stops in between. They tried again last vote to get the monorail project going, but it was shut down. Hopefully for the last time. This is the way to go, not some old outdated and overly expensive carnival ride that Seattle can say that they are one of the only cities in the world to have. So what, mass transit is for just that, not to make an ego statement.

Meh.

On another note, this train hasn't moved in over a week because mudslides keep covering the tracks, and they are required to wait two days before resuming passenger rail service.
